About NodeMonster
NodeMonster is the cloud managed services division of Zoftcares. We give businesses one place for everything they run online: domains and DNS, cloud servers on AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure, business email, SSL certificates, hosting and websites. Our engineers set it up, manage it and look after it.
Who we are
Zoftcares is a technology group with teams in the United Arab Emirates, India, Singapore and Saudi Arabia. For more than twelve years we have built and run software, websites and infrastructure for companies across the Middle East and Asia. NodeMonster brings our cloud and infrastructure work under one brand, so customers deal with one team, one portal and one invoice, whatever mix of services they use.
An AWS Advanced Tier Partner
Zoftcares is an AWS Advanced Tier Partner. Our engineers design, migrate and operate workloads on Amazon Web Services every day, and bring the same practices to Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure. We pick the platform and region that fit each project, including data centres in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, India and Europe, and we set up backups and monitoring and keep an eye on costs from day one.
What we manage
- Cloud servers and infrastructure. Managed or self-managed servers on AWS, Google Cloud and Azure: set up, secured, monitored and backed up.
- Business email. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace on your own domain, with DNS set up for reliable delivery (MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC) and existing mailboxes moved across.
- Domains and DNS. Registration, renewals and transfers at fair prices, managed DNS with DNSSEC, and free domain and email health tools.
- SSL certificates. Standard and wildcard certificates, installed for you and watched so they never expire.
- Hosting and websites. Hosting sized to your site, and websites designed around your brand.
The projects we run
We manage the cloud for a wide range of projects: company websites and online stores, business applications and internal systems, and email for teams of every size. Some customers hand us their whole stack. Others need one domain or one server. Either way, the same engineers plan the work with you, carry it out and stay on hand afterwards.
How we work
- One team, one portal. Domains, services, orders and invoices live in the NodeMonster portal.
- Clear pricing. Domain prices are shown upfront in your currency. Services are confirmed with you first and billed against an invoice.
- Real support. Our support team is there around the clock, through the portal and on WhatsApp.
